Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the continental United States, as well as to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Custom or backordered guitars may require additional processing time. We will notify you via email with an estimated delivery date.

Packaging & Handling
All guitars are securely packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Signature may be required on delivery for high-value orders.
Damages or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at contact@beatgearshop.com. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
